We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, here is how to complete a return with The Saddle Shoppe.
We do accept exchanges and in store credit within 7 business days of receiving your items. In order to exchange an item you must contact us via email within those 7 days and we will send you the information needed to proceed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for expenses including shipping, and we do hold the right to deny any refunds if items are not in proper condition. Refunds will be issued back in store credit only. The Saddle Shoppe does not credit original shipping charges.
All custom and made to order items are NOT eligible for exchanges.
All sale items are FINAL. There will be no exchanges or store credit available for sale items.
Exchanges may be possible depending on stock levels, however they are not guaranteed. Please let us know in the email if you are looking to make an exchange.
Items returned for exchanges or in store credit must be in NEW condition. This means: not written in, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, free of stains (including makeup, deodorant, food, etc.), free of pet hair and smoke free.
